QSpace is a group program for 12-17 year olds in the LGBTIQAP+ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, intersex, queer, questioning, asexual, pansexual and other diverse identities) community.

The program runs weekly on Wednesday afternoons from 4:30 – 6:30 pm in person wherever possible. (If we need to change this due to Covid 19 we use zoom Wednesday operating 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm digitally and communicate this to our clients via Facebook)

Information is presented on a range of topics. Young people that attend QSpace assist in deciding what workshops they would like to see at QSpace through regular feedback gathering and we aim to have a mixture of educational and fun workshops on a variety of topics. In the past we have done budget fidget making, board games, movie nights, art, LGBTIQAP+ history, get to know you games, self care, gardening and much more!

We sometimes have guest presenters from local services such as Headspace, Gold Coast Youth Service, Gold Coast Sexual Health Service and many others.

Please note an intake is required before coming along to QSpace. To book an intake please contact Rachel Rive. We do at times have a wait list due to capacity of the service.
